1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information between visits or during browsing. Alongside them there are equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage (localStorage), which serve a similar purpose.
2. What this site uses
Bontrio is a static site and its use of these technologies is deliberately minimal:
- Browser local storage. We store a single preference,
bontrio_cookie_choice, recording that you have seen and accepted the cookie notice. It exists so the same message is not shown on every page. That value identifies no one and never leaves your device. - Technical hosting cookies. The hosting provider or network service delivering the pages may use cookies strictly necessary for the operation and security of the service.
3. What this site does not use
We run no web analytics tools, advertising pixels, retargeting systems or social network scripts from bontrio.pro. We also build no browsing profiles. If we were to add any of these technologies in future, we would update this page before doing so.
4. Third-party cookies once you leave the site
When you click a link to an operator, affiliate links included, the destination site may set its own cookies, among them affiliate tracking cookies used to attribute the visit. That processing is governed by the destination site's policies, not by this one.
5. Managing your preferences
You can delete the preference stored by this site by clearing your browsing data. You can also configure your browser to block or remove cookies and local storage:

Blocking local storage does not prevent you from browsing the site; the cookie notice will simply appear again on each visit.
